Creamy Avocado Dressing

This simple and easy salad dressing recipe is a creamy mixture of avocado and buttermilk with herbs. It became my favorite salad dressing. It's simply delicious!

    Ingredients:

1 medium avocado
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 lime, juice
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup buttermilk (Use heavy whipping for keto)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground coriander
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small jalapeno (optional)
1 small piece of ginger (optional)

Recipe adapted from Closet cooking with some changes.
 Get all the ingredients out.
Cut jalapeno in pieces. Discard the seeds (if you like spicy leave some seeds in). If you are not a cilanro fan use parsley.
Add all ingredients in the blender.
 Blend for a minute.
Enjoy with your favorite salad!!!
